Ready for a great weekend? Preparation is important for this event.Know your knots and lashings, flag etiquette, first aid, orienteering and general scout knowledge. Know that you will be required to fire a rifle, and run an obstacle course. Gear needed? The weather can vary greatly from chilly to warm. Layers is the key. Additionally, complete class A and B uniforms are required for Boy Scouts. Webelos can wear all the BSA gear they own. So, Scouts cannot bring civilian clothing. Please remember to bring a day pack to carry your lunch, drinks, and clothing (add some layers or store some). |
